The haori and katana drop for anyone. The move scroll is marked for slayers who own Insect Breathing; a demon sees "Must be Slayer" next to it and cannot get it. Insect Hashira Shinora is a world event, so it appears on a timer rather than standing in place; the bosses page lists every other boss.
